Cleaning Supervisor > 30hrs/w (Mon - Fri from 8am to 2:30pm) > LTU Bundoora, VIC
Base rate: $30.71 per hour + Leading Hand Allowance

We are a leading provider of cleaning services, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality and reliable cleaning solutions to various industries.
We have recently started providing our services for premium aged care facilities across Melbourne and are currently seeking hardworking, reliable and friendly team members who have great communication skills to join our team at La Trobe University (Plenty Rd, Bundoora VIC 3086).
The position
- Part Time position, 30 hours per week
- Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 2:30pm.
As a member our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the campus, ensuring the safety and well-being of the personal.
Requirements
You will need to provide proof of the below compliance documentation as part of the recruitment process:
- Full Time working rights
- A valid Police Check
- Woking with Children Check - Employee
As the Supervisor you will be responsible for coordinating the work of Grade 1 Cleaners on site, being the first point of contact with our client and ensuring a high-quality service is delivered for them. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- General cleaning duties, including common areas etc
- Supervision of onsite cleaning
- Participation in morning briefings
- Operation of cleaning machinery (e.g. vacuums, steam cleaners, scrubbers, etc.)
- Responsibility for maintaining cleaning standards on site
- Managing and resolving client feedback and reporting outcomes to the client
- Working closely with the onsite team and Cirka management
Essencial experience in:
- Managing people
- Site inspections
- Staff training
- Indidents reports
- Performance reviews
