Cleaning Supervisor (Frankston North, VIC)

   

We are a leading provider of cleaning services, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality and reliable cleaning solutions to various industries. 

We have recently started providing our services for premium aged care facilities across Melbourne and are currently seekinghardworking, reliable and friendly team members who have great communication skills to join our team at TLC Aged Care in Frankston North, VIC. 

In addition, as you will be working within an aged care environment, you will need to provide proof of the below compliance documentation as part of the recruitment process: 

  • Supervision experience is required.
  • The role is Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
  • Site: 23 Forest Dr, Frankston Nth 3200. 
  • A valid Police Check.
  • Necessary vaccinations ( 3 x Covid-19 and flu vaccination).
  • Full Time contract.
  • Willingness to take a free covid test on site at the start of each working day and wear mask throughout the entire shift. 

As a member our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within each residential home, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents and other workers. Some of your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Completing vacuuming, waste removal, dusting, wiping, mopping, and / or washroom cleaning across common / public areas and within resident rooms. 
  • Working in a safe manner that does not disrupt others.
  • Completing equipment checks.
  • Following instructions from your Supervisor / Manager and reporting any issues. 

To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate that you are a team player with a strong customer service skills and an ability to follow directions and work autonomously.  Experience in cleaning is not essential as all training to complete your role effectively and safely will be provided.
