We are a leading provider of cleaning services and are currently looking for reliable and hardworking new team members who have great communication skills to join our team in Esscence Hotels in Chermside and Taringa, Unilodges QLD (Towoong, Woolloongabba, Brisbane City) Herston Quarter in Brisbane, QLD. 

About the role:

• Sites: Esscence Hotels in Chermside and Taringa, Unilodges QLD (Towoong, Woolloongabba, Brisbane City) Herston Quarter
• Casual Position
• Shifts Time: 

Toowong and UniLodges (Monday to Friday)

• • • 1st Shift: 7:00 am to 12:00 pm
    • 2nd Shift: 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
    • 3rd Shift (Herston UniLodge): 11:00 am to 3:00 pm

Essence: Hotel Housekeeping Experience

• • • Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 1:30 pm

To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate that you are a team player with a strong customer service approach and ability to follow directions and work autonomously.  Experience in cleaning is not essential as all training to complete your role effectively and safely will be provided.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to the highest standards
• Ensure all linens and towels are fresh and well-maintained
• Restock supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
• Provide excellent service to guests, responding to requests and inquiries with a friendly attitude
• Adhere to sites policies and procedures for safety and cleanlines.
• Maintaining a high standard of cleaning, completing vacuuming, waste removal, dusting, mopping, and / or washroom cleaning.
• Following instructions from your Supervisor/Manager.
• Working in a safe manner that does not disrupt others.
• Completing equipment checks.
• Reporting any issues.

You need to demostrate:

• Previous cleaning experience in a hotel or similar environment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills
