Opportunity for you.
We are looking for an accomplished contracts professional to join us as the Regional Campus Manager on a full-time permanent basis. Working closely with our client based in Bendigo, this role will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services in accordance with contractual agreements.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Client Service
- Build and maintain excellent internal and external relationships, leveraging relationships through existing clients and contacts.
- Develop new business opportunities and assist in the completion of quote preparation and/or tender responses as identified, including proactive follow up.
- Review and negotiate requests to vary terms and conditions, service standards and other obligations under contracts.
- Identify issues and provide solutions, ensuring actions are completed and followed.
- Effectively manage all site operations, including having a clear understanding of the agreed scope of works and the integrated management plan, which sets out contract specific responsibilities, agreed resources, procedures and practices.
- Act as the point of contact for all stakeholders and parties to the contract.
Client Delivery
- Oversee the delivery of contracted services according to set budgetary constraints thereby retaining profitability.
- Complete monthly reporting requirements, as per contractual or business requirements.
- Conduct inspections in accordance with agreed inspection plan(s), ensuring services are delivered, outcomes are reported and any actions closed out within agreed timeframes.
- Ensure safe work practices are followed within the business and that equipment is maintained in a safe operating condition.
- Responsible for ensuring all accidents and incidents related to contracted service delivery are reported, investigated and actions completed within agreed timeframes.
- Undertake risk assessments in health, safety and environmental standards and quality inspections.
- Review and provide onsite training to ensure contract terms are adhered to.
People Management / Leadership
- Manage labour costs for contractors and employees delivering contracted services through provision of timely and accurate information to ensure employees are paid in accordance with the relevant awards and according to duties/hours of work.
- Manage performance and issues for employees providing services under contracts.
- Provide suggestions for change and improvements to policies, procedures, risk assessments or safe work methods.
To be considered for this role it is essential that you can demonstrate that you possess:
- Diploma level or higher qualifications in a related field
- Experience with contract management and client service management.
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
- An effective team player, with ability to adapt and change in a growing business environment.
Salary commensurate with experience in the range $73,500 to $77,500.
